📱📸 Out and About with the Phone Camera Group!

The clouds finally cleared to give us some lovely weather for the first field trip of the Phone Camera Group — and five of us set off to see what we could find through our phone cameras.

Starting at the Horseshoe Falls, we made our way down to the stone bridge over the River Dee, where there was no shortage of interesting views, angles and photographic possibilities. We then moved on to Berwyn Station, providing a completely different subject and plenty of opportunities to experiment with composition.

Our final stop was the Chainbridge, where the views both upstream and downstream gave us even more to point our cameras at. By then, we felt we'd earned it, so we retired to the Chainbridge Hotel for some well-deserved tea, coffee and a bit of photographic chat.

And the best bit? You don't need to be a photography expert to join us. Ability levels currently range from absolute beginner to… well, absolute beginner! 😄 We're all learning together and, most importantly, having fun while discovering a new way to appreciate the beautiful landscapes right on our doorstep.
